Newdow indeed knows his daughter and her mother are Christians. They fellowship at my church so we hear details of the case from time to time. The lawyer opposing this ruling is a Christian and spoke at our church...fantastic heart for God and accomplished in his profession.
The 9th circuit ruling is not a surprise..it was fully expected and will now go to the Supreme Court where it will be shot down completely.
Wasn't Dr. Newdow supposed to appear at Harvard Law School yesterday? Anybody know what he had to say?
