No Refineries. That is the mega up-scale part of town. Resturants and Hotels, and the Speedway.

However;

Also on that side of town, about 40 minutes west on the Interstate, is one of the largest Islamic centers in the state, and one which is rountinly described in the press as a location of a cell for HAMAS.

Vincennes Universtity is 3 hours away, Hamas is 40 minutes away.
