Hatch politely picks them up AND being familiar with Estrada's writing, holds it right in the cameras face.

The genie jumps out of the bottle, "enhances it" and the game is over!!

I have long believed that someone in the Clinton administration knows of some of Estrada's 'work product' in the SG office that could be used to criticize him. They are just pushing to get that door open a crack and VOILA! someone will 'find' it -

My guess is he must have written something about abortion. Never mind that he was just writing up research on LAW, not his own opinion.

My hubby's dream is that the memos will be released and discovered to contain incriminating info re: X42 and his now-senator spouse which would then be revealed to everyone. (hey, I know that's not how the media works, but it's his dream, so why not? LOL)
