The way Sen. Allard is talking now it sounds like this is a publicity stunt to force the liberal media to at least give the filibuster lipservice. It also inflames conservatives. I'm hoping the leadership will continue the unexpected late-night quorum calls on coming nights. I like this style. I'd prefer an all night long session but this is fun, too.

I think you are right -- Hatch alluded to the fact that it was time the media really started covering this! Now referring to it as the Estrada Filibuster.

This deal tonight was to put it in front of the press so that they cannot ignore it!
