I suppose it requires all Senators to get to the floor. I have never seen this before, and I watch TOO much C-SPAN. Wow!!!

When the Majority Leader asked the Sergeant of Arms to get a Quorum the people from his office (Sgt of Arms) start calling in Senators to the Chamber so there is a Quorum present is the way I understand it.

Just got back. No C-Span2 on my TV, so I have to follow the punches. I take it we made progress during the day? Frist appears to be ready to strike and force the Dems into a filibuster.
