When this conservative talks, we should listen (MARY MITCHELL ALERT)

Not a pleasant thought in a city like Chicago. Here, conservatives are beaten back with a stick."

Ms. Mitchell has a point here - if you're white with even slightly conservative leanings, you're a racist; and if you're black, you're a self-hating Negro. The liberals in Chicago don't fool around with any kind of relativism on this one.

Ms. Mitchell equates the terms "racist" and conservative. Pretty revealing.

This reminds me of the Hmong refugee kids I taught in the mid-70's.
They had fled their country, were working fulltime jobs at night and going to school fulltime during the day, and were desperately saving their money to hire someone to rescue their parents trapped back home.
And these kids, ranging from about 18 - 22 years old, were some of the most decent souls I've ever met.
I still derive inspiration from them.

I see. Thanks. Here is a very telling comment, I think, from Ms. Mitchell: "I almost hated to agree with McWhorter, but he made a lot of sense." Why, because it is in contradiction to her preconceived notions?
