One usually gets a better response if it comes from their constituents, as you well know. Not that my email (alone) did anything.

I will say this though - not only did I email - I emailed everyone I knew here in Texas as well - to fight for this nomination and to contact our Senators. Family and friends may not all be Freepers but they do make a difference.

Glad I don't have to fight with what you have too.

Should get some play in the Texas press. I don't see how some of the Dem Congressional Caucas are going to face their people back home after this. They haven't given a single reason for opposition that makes sense to the average person.
