AND it would HELP a great deal if fire-retardant materials were used rather than the plastic-based material that *was* used ... did you see the thick black smoke that literally poured out the front door?

I agree with your 37 ... but they also died because they did not recognize the situation quickly enough to extract themselves.

If I was inclinded to visit such places at all, I would have been out of there as soon as the fireworks started going off in such a crowded and confied space ... but since I am not so inclined, I would not have been there in the first place.

We need some global "fire-retardant" material right now in many of our policies and a lot of vigilism right here at home IMHO. I pray we as a people will rise to the occassion and do so.

Geez, your difficult. Hey, it happened, it REALLY happened. Jeff isn't especially disecting the narrative by George, but apprising us to the dangers of ANY situation similar to this when panic sets in.
