It doesn't appear to be an actual refinery, does it? Simply a transfer/storage facility.

I was quoting WABC article in post 277

"On the average, this refinery produces 55,000 barrels of gasoline a day. This refinery serves the entire East Coast."

That area of New Jersey has a large number of oil refineries and storage facilities. I believe most of the storage facilities have fuel piped directly to them from a nearby refinery, so I can understand the confusion.

If this is an Exxon storage facility, then it may have been supplied by the Bayway Refinery across the river in New Jersey.
