I hope this dirtbag is not under the impression that he will ever get bail or see daylight again.

He looks mild mannered, good and honest on TV. He's what I call an effective liar. Hope he's tried and put away for a long, long while.

The Tampa Tribune is a leftist rag. I am amazed they did not print a companion article that said he was being harassed!

You've got your papers mixed up. It's the St. Petersburg Times that has been a Sami al-Arian supporter from day one. The Tampa Tribune and this reporter has been writing critically about Sami al-Arian since 1995, and have taken much heat because of it.

The balding, bespectacled man who would resolve the conflict and restore the terrorist group's finances was University of South Florida computer scientist Sami Al-Arian, says a federal indictment unsealed Thursday. No wonder we have 1000's of antiamerican college kids protesting war with Iraq and Presidents policy, when we hire palestinian terrorist to indoctrinate our kids at taxpayers expense.
I believe this is a tip of the iceberg. All "professors" from the middle east should be closely scrutinized, and fired if they show any allegiance to terror.
We have more than enough domestic leftists in our Universities, we shurely don't need foreign terrorist to indoctrinate our kids.

St Petersburg Times (aka Pravda of the South) is one of the top antiamerican and leftist papers in the country. Their subscription is going down to the degree they can not give it away anymore, I was a subscriber in the past, long ago cancelled the subscription, they still throw their propaganda paper on my yard a few time a week.

He may have fooled you but he did not fooled me, it was obvious from the interview (O'railly had with him a few weeks after 9/11) that he is a terrorist supporter, I remember this segment, at the end O'Railly concluded quote "If I was FBI I would keep close aye on you" unquote, apparently FBI took the advice.

From the indictment, they (the FBI and the CIA and other intelligence agencies) were keeping their eyes on the activities of al-Arian from 1994 onward. O'Reilly may want to take all the credit, but I'd also add in Steve Emerson and the Tampa Tribune, who were on this long before 2001. I just wish O'Reilly would share the credit.

This University of South Florida Professor, Sami Al-Arian, who was indicted a couple of days ago brings to mind the three Mideastern (Arab types) "students" that were overheard in a cafeteria by a woman traveller on Hwy 75 in Florida talking about the bad things they were going to do. They were stopped on Alligator Alley for 8 hours, searched, released, apologized to, reinstated at the university and nothing happened. From the televised statement made by the Attorney General yesterday, that particular university was a nest of Arabs. Were those three connected to Sami Al-Arian?

5 or 10 articles does not make it NOT " a leftist rag".
I was down there this past weekend and read it everyday. My opinion has not changed. My wife and I also talked how the TT was so liberal from when we subscribed 15 years ago.
I did see on the TV news one night about a speech given at USF where they pointed out the profesors wife was in attendance.

"Al-Arian loves this country" Matassini said later
Shut your stinkin' pie-hole, you evil wench!
I'm so sick of these stinkin' lies from these demons. Suicide bombers are the most evil of transgression perpetrated against humanity. Only in a world gone mad, do people not rise up and demand the extermination of these vermin! Al-Arian is dedicated to supporting this madness, and to think he's been living off tax payer dollars, only makes me want to fry him twice!!!

Those 3 Islamics were from Chicago. They were headed to Miami because I think they had relatives down there.
Havent heard much of the story recently...they threatened to sue the lady for slander...but heard nothing. The lady obviously was right in what she heard
When the three were pulled over in the Everglades...they were very uncooperative w law enforcement...which led to their situation. Had they just told the truth, they would have been let go quickly

I did see on the TV news one night about a speech given at USF where they pointed out the profesors wife was in attendance. The speech at USF was given by Scott Ritter. It's no surprise al-Arian's wife would be there giving her support.

Had they just told the truth, they would have been let go quicklyProblem is, we may never know what the truth is. The Florida-Chicago connection is interesting, though -- it keeps re-occuring in these arrests, like a broken record.
To: Anticommie
That was pretty smooth appearance on the O'Reilly show. Sami looked good to me even though I know he's a stone liar.
You have a better BS detector than I do.

Seriously, keep looking for a link to Havana and these scumbags.
