"First a comedy--Cary Grant's classic, "Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House." I'll bet not many of you have seen it, but you can't take your eyes off it once it starts."

Absolutely one of the funniest movies ever. It had even more relevance when I was building a new home.

Forgot about that one! Love it! Well, I love anything Cary Grant was in. "Arsenic and Old Lace" was his best comedic role, IMO.
