Im sitting here after work and pulled out the Last of the Mohicans and Im wondering what my fellow freepers like for there favorite movies. I would like more for my collection of dvds. Current and older movies? Doesnt matter what it is.
Just a little break from the daily news and politics.
I have quite a few that I like and Im looking for more. Hit me back

I have never seen that...I think it is time I go out and rent it, as I seem to be the only person who hasn't seen it and I am a college freshman.

I am definitely going to see that one and if the previews are right, it will be right up next to the Patriot.

Zulu Dawn is also good. As long as we're on a Victorian little wars theme, I like KHARTOUM with Charlton Heston as well, and the original Korda production of FOUR FEATHERS.

What's your favorite movie?Dude, that's a brutal request!!! that's like what's your favorite song - pretty broad question.
Something about the silver screen really gets me and I love Film Noir but couldn't name my favorite one though. Comedies from the 30's are special and I'm a big W.C. Fields fan.
For the 10 of thousands of modern lousy movies there are too many works of art to discount modern cinema - as rare as good work is it adds up over the years - couldn't begin to name all the quality films in all catagories - drama, comedy, etc. Of course a movie doesn't have to be high art to be a favorite - some of the worst films are so bad they're great.
P.S. It's A Gift ranks up there for me.

The Godfather Trilogy Collection, no less. I've sat and watched the whole set a few times. What an undertaking. What a pleasure.
