Bryon York needs to get is facts straight. It is Ben Nelson of Nebraska and he is fully on board and will be voting for Estrada.

Bill Nelson of FL has said that he will most likely support a vote to invoke cloture.

PKM..probably an editorial slip...it's easy to do, and the editor should have caught it..but you're too harsh on York. He's had the best coverage of the Estrada affair, and he's very well connected to the GOP. In fact, one coulsd surmise that this is an open, back channel communication to Daschle that the GOP is close to getting the 9 Dems needed to sustain cloture. It's an attempt to give Daschle a chance to find a graceful exit.
