If the Members are lucky, the courts will save them from themselves and find McCain-Feingold unconstitutional. If not, maybe next time they'll read what they're voting for.Fat chance of that happening any time soon.

Before voting on any bill, I think every Congressman should have to sign a statement under oath that he has actually read it in its entirety.
That would put an end to these giant, incomprehensible bills full of riders that no one has read.
