I'm guessing that's far less than the number of people killed by the the political policies of statist, social engineering kleptocracies. But nobody is talking about making the world a statist social engineering kleptocracy-free zone.

I don't know the numbers, but I'm betting AIDS kills more than 5 mil yearly and to my understanding it's mostly caused by homosexual encounters. The percentage of aids patients who didn't catch it through a sexual escapade are probably more than those that died from second hand smoke,

But you don't see many "No Fudge-Packing" signs. Good thing too! They'd have to go outside with the smokers and it might get a little sticky.
