A nightmare indeed, although here's another scenario. If the UN doesn't get its act together in regards to Iraq, they will be proven to be as irrelevant as all of us have known all along. Wouldn't it be great - just as Clinton becomes UN Sec Gen, Pres. Bush pulls the US out of the UN and tells them to go find somewhere else to soil their pants?

Yes, I see your point, and I guess it was kinda naive of me. It does bring up a more chilling thought to me, however; what would keep Beelzebubba from somehow ascending to the Presidency again. I mean, there seem to be plenty of doofuses that would welcome it.

Once, I saw an interview with Stephen King in which he was asked what was the scariest book he had ever read. I can't remember what he replied, but it got me to thinking about the scariest book I have ever read. Without a doubt it would have to be 1984 by George Orwell. When I think of the scariest thing that could happen in real life, it would be either/both Clintons having unlimited power.

Rush touched on the frightening thought today of having Hitlery in the WH consulting with Big Dog over at the U.N. As soon as I parked the car I said a prayer and hugged my kids. Scenarios like that are enough to make me worry for my unborn grandchildren!
