I find it interesting that of all the roles that James Earl Jones has played (including that of James Greer from the Tom Clancy novels), they had to pick Darth Vader when it came to discussing the fact that he SUPPORTS President Bush with regards to Iraq.

At least they didn't say he was the 'voice' of CNN.

Yeah, but imagine if our military used his voice for high-volume-level psyops programming.

"It is useless to resist us..." at 300 dB!!

Oh, for the love of Pete. Why can't a celebrity say something positive without somebody inferring something negative about it. Get a grip.

At least they didn't bring up his being a villain in Conan the Barbarian. A darn good villain too. James Earl Jones was also the heroic mentor to the 'boy scout' in 'Clear and Present Danger'.

Well...okay. BUT...if'n I was in a war, I think I'd want ol' Darth inside my tent whizzing out, rather than outside whizzing in.

And if DV could break us off a spare Star Destroyer or two, that'd be just peachy too.

Snidely
