U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan is "under pressure to resign before the end of his second term in 2006."

Two questions:

1) What S*h*le country produced Koffi Annan? Does it still exist or did he sell his people into bondage to bribe his way there the same way he's sold out the USA?

2) If the USA withdrew from the UN and booted their sorry butts out of NY, Clinton would not be eligible, would he? I mean, not unless he invoked his "honorary" citizenship to Red China or something, right?

1) Ghana.

2) There's nothing in the United Nations Charter which explicitly states that the Secretary-General must be a citizen of a member state. In essence, this is the only requirement: The Secretary-General shall be appointed by the General Assembly upon the recommendation of the Security Council.

They'd probably appoint Clinton just to spite Bush...
