Hey! COOL balloon!!!!
He gets balloons NOT blown up, at the restaurants...one type in particular he can blow up RREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEALY big. We measured last week, and the biggest he got the thing was 16".
THAT'S a huge balloon.
