I'm certain that, since you are so adamant that this administration is violating the Constitution by engaging in this war, you wouldn't be averse to putting such into the court system as soon as you can so that your status can be immediately determined, as well as the implications of your beliefs on good order and discipline.

I would be more than willing to forward your comments to the appropriate Criminal Law Division within the Staff Judge Advocate's Office that services your general court-martial convening authority.

Step up, son ... have the courage of your convictions. Show us old vets where we are .. and were .. wrong. Shame us into supporting you by the brilliance of your defense.
