If you read my posts, you would have noted that I am not against kicking Iraqi ass. What I am afraid of is that it could blow up in your face if you are not careful and ensure more world opinion is on your side. As far as Canada is concerned, we do not have a big arsenal and unfortunately cannot play in the big arena right now, but we can do something useful and cleaning up Afghanistan is useful.On any good team, everyone plays a different position, so give us a little support for at least being on the playing field. Our liberal holiday is over and the louts in Ottawa know it better than anyone. Cretien will be gone soon and Canada will play a role more prominent in the near future.I appreciated your response.

Canada doesn't really have much of a military. There's not that many who can assist us anyway.
Because their military is so tiny, they should stop and think seriously about which side they chose. Someday they may cry to America for help because of their own open boarder policies. Maybe we'll decide not to get involved as well?

Australia has so far sent fourteen F/A-18 Hornets,three C130 Hercules aircraft,2000 troops and a couple of warships on top of the deployment semi-permantly based in the gulf.

Australian troops were also in Vietnam.
