How many were there for "our" side? Any press?
There were at least a HUNDRED pro-USA supporters, many of them from on campus, but MANY from very diverse group of local patriots - of all ages, and all sizes. :o)
The "bad guys" were apparently all CSU-LB losers who hold similar "chanting" rallies on a VERY regular basis on this campus.
I think that we out-numbered them, but we were spread out, and they were herded together by the police into a single "First Amendment" area.
Was the audience able to hear Mr. Horowitz and Mr. Steel, despite the Communist disruptors?
It was EXTREMELY difficult to clearly hear David Horowitz throughout MUCH of his talk.
He was rather disappointed that we did not arrange for an INSIDE venue, where we could shut out the disruptors.
He also pointed to representatives of the University - who were in attendance at our event, and did NOTHING to quiet the disruptors.
These CSU-LB "officials" did not even have the class to greet Mr. Horowitz, or thank him for visiting their campus.
The DRUMS were, IMHO, entirely unacceptable, and the NEXT time we must find a way to prevent their disruption.
There MUST be some sort of "official" CSU-LB policy statement somewhere that prevents such actions.

Good to hear that you outnumbered the anti-American, maggot infested, dope smoking, Communist rabble, but it is a shame that your speakers were drowned out.
It would appear that the rules that the Park Police use here are not observed there: Disruptors are not allowed to demonstrate in the "permitted" area. They must stand quietly and not interfere with the speaker, and are forcibly ejected from the "permitted" area if they disobey.
Generally speaking, we do not have a "disruptor" problem.
I'd urge you to do it again! Take the battle to them!

Actually Ron, I estimated the pro crowd at 300-400 and the anti's at 50-75.

Good work you guys, sorry I couldn't be there.
Don't forget, tonight's ATF night in Culver City. It should be interesting, to say the least, since a democrat candidate for an LA city counsel seat is planning on attending. Into the lion's den, fer sher!
