Your comment about them hating each other reminds me that a Jew once said that all the Jews needed to destroy the Arabs was remove Israel and watch from the sidelines.

Close. Israel annoys them for two reasons. One, they took what was a worthless piece of land under Islam and made something of it. Two, they are a constant reminder that the Muslims are not the chosen ones. The Arab world loves to re-write history. That is kind of hard when the proof of your lies is sitting in your backyard.
