BEAUFORT, N.C. -- You can get fries with your order at Cubbie's, but just don't ask for french fries.
"Because of Cubbie's support for our troops, we no longer serve french fries. We now serve freedom fries," says a sign in the restaurant's window.

Je n´ai sais pas. That means "I don´t know" I remember that much. On the last day of my last french class I decided that the only things "french" that I wanted anything to do with was french toast and french fries. However it's been all pancakes and home fries for several years now.

Thanks! I'll have to find that thread about the translators and CESM again. LOL!

Since Idaho produces most of the world's fries, what about "Idaho Fries?"

Well, I still use to say
baguette and I won´t rule out to visit our neighbour in the west once more. Paris is just 4 1/2 hours by car away.

I love this idea for potatoes and hope it grows eyes all over America.

But I promised: I will always hate the French (gay) language. I wrote on the board on the last day "la megére sur la buchers!" (means: the witch on the stakes!") and was meant as an insult for my teacher. She was so typical French... uuha

I´m one of these fighters in my own country (Germany). We should never forget that every medal has two sites. But since the opposition in France is far more left than Chirac, I can´t see no hope for them. In my country, at least the strong opposition supports the US.

Je n´ai sais pas. That means "I don´t know" - and was my most-used sentence in French Moi aussi.

It´s fun to remember my only subject in which I was really bad!! School was a great time. And I won´t miss the two years French. It was the only subject I started a countdown at 220.000 seconds down... LOL

But I promised: I will always hate the French (gay) language.I told my teacher that if any french wanted to talk to me they'd have to use English because I didn't want to talk to them in the first place.

We don't like to say "I da Ho." in Los Angeles.

I've eaten at Cubbie's once. It's a straightforward burger and fries joint, like Char-Grill, only it's indoors.

I've eaten at a Cubbie's in Greenville* (*by EZU) & the food was pretty good.
Is it owned by the same people?
To: Constitution Day
I don't know.

I thought you were in Hawaii. Anyhow, we don't speak Ebonics in Idaho, or not when I lived there. We don't speak it in Ventura County, either.
To: Michael81Dus
Every time I find myself needing assistance in Paris, I always ask, in German, if they speak German or English....
and most always recieve an answer in English.
The other way around gets you ignored.
