Well, so far, the threat of our military might does not seem to have intimidated the North Koreans very much. They seem to be going ahead with their plans to build N-bombs and just yesterday they announced plans to build FOUR more nuclear reactors.

As Drennan said, their attitude seems to be, "Yeah, we're doing it. What are you going to do about it?"
