That seems clear enough. The known guide for creating computer programs is Man, after all, and surely logical extrapolations of that known evidence aren't out of the realm of possibility or reason...

Man can create streams with 'intelligent' shape but you don't assume that in each case, you confirm first. Why do you assume that DNA has intelligent creator?
