Fox News: NYC Protests got well UNDER 100,000 people!
Fox News | February 15, 2003

Posted on 02/15/2003 12:13:01 PM PST by Dont Mention the War

A reporter at the UN just reported that the Manhattan protests got nowhere *near* the 100,000 they were predicting, big empty holes in the specified protest area, and sporadic arrests. It's already broken up because they never got to critical mass.

A total failure!

Indianapolis had a good turnout for indianapolis. I can't guestimate but had to be at least 250-350. I was the only anti peacnik person there...until some people walking by got mad and went into kinkos and bought some posterboard .

My sign was photographed by local tv stations..I bet it will show up with the comment about how few supporters showed up.

One more thing, some guy who I took to be the organizer of the event crossed the street and came up to me before it got underway. He thanked me for coming. I was wondering if he understood my sign...hahhahahahahaha.

The news media is trying like hell to play up the peace protests.

I dunno. I'm flipping around and it looks like they're largely ignoring them. Fox didn't even run a report until 9 minutes into the hour, and then it was just a short stand-up reporting that the protest was a huge failure. CNN is running its usual financial news program, and MSNBC is just doing its standard "let's get two talk show hosts together and have them scream at each other for twenty minutes."

Which is about the amount of coverage it deserves.

I don't think they want to acknowledge that there is a fundamental difference of opinion between America and left-opinion in Europe. THEY haven't been hit yet. IF the CIA were really as bad as the leftwingers think, they would blow up the Eiffel Tower or something. The protests would melt away immediately.
