And note that this incident occurs shortly after the FBI issued the BOLO for the al-Qaeda operative they feared had entered the country last week (can't think of his name at the moment). IIRC from the newscasts, there was speculation that he was here to coordinate/authorize an attack.

(This was also posted in the other thread)...intercepts last week referenced a "package" that was now in place in the US and ready to be used. Is this what you mean about the operative? He is the "package"? Or did he just come here and give Jack and A$$ the keys to this big rig in which they are currently transporting the "package"?
