As I understand it, the defect is not on the surface of the eye like you would normally see, but UNDER the lens involved. So it will be delicate, with more risk involved. So it will be delicate, with more risk involved. TEXOKIE, my mother had the same type of eye surgery a little bit back. She came through it just fine. The doctors told her the same thing but also informed her that it was still a standard procedure for the doctors doing the procedure.
