One final note. I have a gut feeling that someone on the judical committee has the information on his stand on issues like abortion.
If Estrata would go back to questioning, they would than ask him his stand on the issue, and then reveal whatever they have.
The person with the informaton on abortion is Hillary Clinton who does not sit on the Judicial Committee and thus why this nomination got out of Committee without the questions.
She doesn't dare come forward with the memo's because then she would be accused of obtaining information through fraudulent means which she did.
