We're at war with terrorists, approaching armed conflict in Iraq, don't have a federal budget, have the lowest crude oil stockpile since the 70's, and have a flat economy ... and yet, the RATS top agenda item is obstructing the nomination of a highly qualified judicial nominee by playing the politics of personal destruction on behalf of a narrow leftist special interest group.

Let's just hope Sen. Frist has some stones and won't buckle to the pathetic agenda of the RATS.
