My point was the Hillary! herself may have asked Estrada to write memos which would be damaging in the future. I doubt that she would have done so with such foresight but, as co-president and "the smartest woman on earth", I'm sure that she spent some time at the Justice Department picking the brains of the underlings to keep her and her husband's copious butts out of jail. Who better than Estrada to ask when you want a view opposite to hers?
