Alternative theory..I agree that Hill's behind this..if she's decided NOT to run in 2004...is she leading the Dem party on a kamikaze mission.....

I have wondered that same thing! This makes absolutely no sense to alienate an entire segment of people unless there is an ulterior motive. By 2008, I believe she doesn't stand a chance after the DemocRATs keep losing seats.

From what I can tell Hilda has an uphill battle regaining her Senate Seat in 2006 .. which makes me think she will try in 2004
