Mo1 and I had this coversation yesterday, we both agreed she has them.

Observation. Boxer repeated herself over and over again on Estrada and ran out of material. She still had time left and switched subject to war, bush, leadership, taxes, a whole smorgasborg.

Another Rat who cannot fill their planned alloted time on the subject of Estrada, whereas the R's were able to stay focused on the isuse for 3+ hours and did it with passion.

The desire to change the subject by each one of these folks(rats) keeps telling me that the longer this goes the more likely the rats will want to change the subject.

(In five minutes she went from "We need answers on Estrada" to Bush didn't get O'sama and Bush is polluting the world)

Yep, at least for the coastal area. (I love Mono County near the Nevada border.) It was an amazing thing to look at the red and blue map in the governor's race and see how many counties voted for Simon, but the tiny coastal line from LA to San Fran carried the day thanks to their heavy liberal population...

As far as I know, that question/answer period has passed. Estrada submitted 25 pages and answered 2 additional questions which were put to him.

What they are trying to get out of him is an OPINION, should an issue such as abortion come before him. He told them that he cannot do that. Opinions are reserved for specific cases based on the law, not on his personal idealogies.

Please correct me if I'm in error.

Unfortunately, she's a shoo-in for NY reelection. Her latest polls, out today, show a 56% approval rating for her, as well as Shumer. How can NYers be so easily hoodwinked and dumb? Present company excluded, of course.

I just sent e-mails to my less than distinguised Senators from California, Boxer and Feinstein. Since they're both MORONS I crafted my e-mail to reflect their classical view of their constituents as idiots they need not serve, I told them I thought it was an OUTRAGE that they were using "weapons of mass destruction" against this fine hispanic gentleman (playing off Hatch's "Weapons of Mass OBSTRUCTION", and hoping they conclude their average idiot constituent isn't making a distinction in difference) and that we don't like all these comments we keep seeing about the Democrats not wanting any "wetback judges", it's even worse than Prop. 103, I said. So hopefully the contrarian approach may work ... I've tried logic and reason with these MORONS before and concluded that, sadly, never will.

Rush is mentioning the Frum memo from the DLC to the Dems. "The problem is YOU." Not talk radio, etc....telling the Dems. to get on board re. national security. No wonder the Dems. have acted concerned about Homeland Security in the last 24 hours. Mara and Mort had matching talking points on FoxNews...complete with numbers. Claimed Bush wasn't protecting the ports, screening cargo....forgetting the little union strike out west before the election last year, refusing to install screeners to track cargo, produce rotting at the docks, Christmas goods held up...economy hurt. Rats.
