I think this is one of those cases that people can easily see themselves in the same position (not necessarily running over their cheating spouse, but WANTING to). So I think it will be manslaughter, not murder in the first degree.

I'm betting on the manslaughter verdict too -- some jurists will be swayed by Clara's pathetic sobbing and by her lawyer's collapse -- her lawyer had a very pleasant, gentlemanly tone (like Matlock) which will get him points -- also there will be some who can identify with her anger and will accept that she was blinded by humiliation/anger/broken heart, esp. since her excuse was that she was just trying to ram the girlfriends SUV
