Instructors have two days to get firm grip on breast exercise
Men, transvestites need not apply

Training of instructors in breast-firming exercises for women will begin today at the Institute for Development of Thai Traditional and Alternative Medicine.
Men and transvestites need not apply.
Dr Pennapha Subcharoen, deputy director-general, said the 24 instructors would receive two days training. They would then be assigned to work in pairs and train at least 10 more instructors in each of the 12 health regions.
The new instructors would then teach the exercises to aerobic groups.
The training course would include demonstrations of the exercise _ a fusion of aerobics and Rusi Dat Ton traditional Thai exercise _ followed by breast massaging by traditional doctor Khemika Na Songkhla.
To make the massage more successful, cold water should be splashed on the breasts afterwards, Dr Pennapha said. The exercise would help firm the breast muscle, while the massage would help with muscle movement and blood circulation. Instructors would also be taught the anatomy and pathology of breasts, and the cause and early detection of breast cancer.
Though some transvestites and men had expressed an interest in learning the art, Dr Pennapha said it would be reserved for women only.
``We're trying to promote this exercise so that Thai women who have small and floppy breasts do not have to undergo unnecessary treatment.''
The exercise would not only increase breast size, but would make them firmer and bring the two breasts closer together so that the cleavage could be clearly observed.
Dr Pennapha said most teenagers did not wear bras appropriate for their breast growth.
A study had shown that 40 women who regularly exercised and massaged their breasts at least 15-20 minutes a day, reported a change in their breast size and shape.
Nutchanat Pandath, 28, a volunteer in the study, said her flat breasts had become firmer after exercise and massage for about 20 minutes, twice a day.
``My bra size increased from an A-cup to a C-cup and all the flesh I used to feel under my arms and on my tummy has been pulled up to my breast.'' Her husband was also happy with the results.

They left a couple commas off this sentence:
``We're trying to promote this exercise so that Thai women, who have small and floppy breasts, do not have to undergo unnecessary treatment.''
There, that ought to fix it.
Oh, and, Dude, you're getting a Dell.
Well, duh. Why am I not surprised that he would be happy with the results?
THAT'S DISCRIMINATION!
Interesting...this brings up a couple of points.
Are we talking "Perky" here??
