Sen. Kyl will bring to the floor, the many comments over the years from colleagues saying that filibustering a judicial nominee is wrong....including Sen. Leahy.

If you don't agree with Miguel's answers, at least allow a vote and vote "NO."

Couldn't leave here this evening without having added my 2-Cents worth....all throughout the hearings, the speeches, the this-n-that, this thread, etc., the underlying question continues to be: "Why not Miguel Estrada? Why is it different with him?" Well, we all know on FR, and just about any-n-everyone else knows, that this stalling/filibustering, etc. has nothing to do with Mr. Estrada, but that it has EVERYTHING to do with slamming the door in President Bush's face, robbing him of ANY-n-EVERY political accomplishment, if at all possible. They--the OBSTRUCTIONIST DEMONrats--are the lowest of the lowest, and isn't it about time that America wakes up to the despicable dirtball politics in which they engage...and get them the heck out of WDC!!!! Aaaaargh!!!!!

The Republicans in WDC need to shut up about their endless defense of Mr. Estrada...'cause it's not about him...the Repubs need to slam it back at the DEMONrats, get in their faces -- and the cameras -- and tell America how it really is!!!! THAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT OBSTRUCTING a rightfully-elected PRESIDENT and his agenda.
