Last night, Senator Hatch said what the Dems want are certain memos. These memos, according to Hatch, are not at the discretion of Estrada to divulge; they are his "client's," the "Justice Department's." His client said, they are not to be released. As an attorney, Estrada cannot divulge information that a client requests he not release.

There you go, quoting rules and laws. Everybody knows that rules and laws only apply to Republicans. The Democrats can demand whatever they want.

And with Byrd talking there is a BIG bag of wind moving in the Senate! I have been watching on cspan and also of coarse reading the Free Repulic discussion on the filabuster. Has there been any further news regarding if Frist will MAKE the Dems stay day and night and not let them leave and not conduct any other business until they drop?
I am so glad we have Frist in there at this time and my prayers go out to all Freepers and their families during this icreasingly dangerous time for our country. Someone should take a pictue of the missle launchers parked around DC and then show the stupid Dems holding the work of the Senate up!
