Now it's being driven in circles on the snow. Oh, that's okay then. Must have biological agents inside. Its a well known fact that spinning them in circles makes them too dizzy to infect anyone. They just get sick and die. :-)

Sounds like they must have found something of some sort. I wonder if they'll have a follow up on this story.I guess it is standard procedure. There are a bunch of boxes in the back and they need to search through them to make sure there's nothing bad in there. Traffic is flowing again. A false alarm, IMHO.
