Sounds like it to me.

Fact is, anyone who is a Conservative, and happens to be a minority, is not minority enough. I also seem to remember someone calling Colin Powell an Uncle Tom.

This from the party that thinks the Republicans are a bunch of racist. I my be wrong, but there is no former member of the KKK in the Republican party that I know of.
