States are well within their rights to completely ban firearms if they so choose ala Kalifornistan.

Breaking an unConstitutional law is no offense.

To bad our courts are too corrupt to call them to heal. It'd be a case of the pot calling the kettle black.

That’s only if you sign the States Agreements whether it be a ccp or a ffl with out maintaining your constitutional rights.

All laws including individual state laws come down from the constitution in this country and if you decide to wave your constitutional rights... well that just plain stupid.
