Actually, Portland is one of the new "hot" cities, as I understand it. Better to wonder why Newark, NJ made the list. Have you ever seen Newark? It would have to be one heck of an attack to even get noticed in that dump.

Ahhhh... I think it is very clever of terrorists to avoid hitting New Hampshire... They aren't afraid of the U.S., Nato or U.N., but they know they would be hunted down until the end of time if they ever disrupted plans for the next Biker Weekend ;-)

Ever been to Portland, Oregon? Portland is home to the US National Strategic Stockpile of River Bridges. It's unbelievable- you can't swing a cat without hitting a river bridge.
