Not yet. I think they have agreed to an amount of time for each side. Sessions from Alabama just spoke. Kyl from Arizona is up now.

Kyl just quoted Leahy from 98 and another date when Leahy spoke out against the use of a filibuster to prevent judicial appointments. Busted.
