The UN Inspectors held a press conference otherwise known as an Iraqi love-in this afternoon and heaped all kinds of praise on Iraq -- change of heart beginning, etc. Turned it off after about 10 minutes because I couldn't take it.

Then tonight the Washington Post wrote their article which I linked that made the inspectors sound totally different.

The press conference in Iraq was a bad idea but they didn't have to get so carried away with praise for Iraq IMO. They hadn't even read the small amount of documents and they are praising them. It was disgusting!

Best summed up by the Spanish diplomat on Saddam -- HE LIES! Would say that could be used to describe the numbskull inspectors at their press conference as well!
