Boy's bombshell: Michael Jackson had sex with me

13-year-old's court declaration describes romps with pop star

The bombshell court declaration of a 13-year-old whose family was paid multi-millions by pop star Michael Jackson over allegations of child sexual abuse has finally seen the light of day, revealing in graphic detail the sexual relationship the two shared, reports The Smoking Gun.

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler" under penalty of perjury, posted on the Court TV affiliate's website, is purportedly the September 1993 statement given by teen-ager Jory Chandler, which was the basis of his family's claim against Jackson for sexual battery, willful misconduct and emotional distress. Following the settlement, the family dropped the charges.

According to the document, the two became friends after Jackson visited the rental-car business operated by Chandler's stepfather in May 1992. Chandler was 12.

Chandler states Jackson would call him from various locations on his concert tour. They would talk for hours about video games, water fights, Jackson's 3,000-acre California ranch, Neverland, and famous people they both knew.

Ten months later, according to the document, Chandler visited Neverland with his mother and half-sister at the invitation of Jackson. Jackson and the boy spent the whole weekend innocently playing together. Their activities included jet skiing, riding golf carts and playing video games.

But things progressed.

The document describes the two began sleeping in the same bed together a month later, while the boy, his mother and sister were staying at the Mirage Hotel with Jackson in Las Vegas. The two had watched the movie "The Exorcist" in Jackson's bedroom. The boy was scared afterward and Jackson invited him to sleep with him in his bed. There was no physical contact on that first night. But from that night forward, according to the declaration, they began sleeping together regularly at Chandler's house, Neverland and at hotels in New York, Florida and Europe.

Chandler purportedly states in the document that "physical contact increased gradually." It progressed from hugging, to kissing, to Jackson putting his tongue in the boy's mouth.

Whenever the boy resisted, the document reads, Jackson would cry and complain that the boy did not "love him as much" as other boys do.

The document reveals the turning point in the relationship happened during a family trip with Jackson in Monaco in May 1993. Chandler states that both he and Michael Jackson had colds, so they stayed in the hotel room all day while his mother and sister went out.

"That's when the whole thing really got out of hand," Chandler states in the document.

He then relates the details of a sexual encounter with Jackson while the two were taking a bath together, and afterwards. He states Jackson named some of his friends who had also had the same sexual contact with him.

This sexual activity took place "many times" until their relationship ended in July 1993 when Chandler's father obtained custody of the boy and he began living permanently with him.

The Smoking Gun claims all the exclusive documents it posts are "100 percent authentic."

WorldNetDaily contacted the Santa Monica, Calif., law firm whose name is stamped along the side of the document to verify its authenticity. The firm confirmed it handled the Chandler case. The secretary of the attorney involved with Chandler's court declaration said the firm had not verified "word-for-word" that what was posted on the Internet was the real declaration.

If authentic, the document undermines the singer's latest attempt to rehabilitate his troubled reputation, although the attempt itself has largely backfired.

Jackson's psychic-friend Uri Geller convinced him to sit for an interview with Martin Bashir. Bashir is best known for interviewing Princess Diana. According to Geller, Bashir "promised it would be a constructive production."

As WorldNetDaily reported Tuesday, the British documentary "Living With Michael Jackson" had its debut in London and the U.S. this week. It aired on ABC's 20/20 last night.

In the program, 44-year-old Jackson admitted he loves sleeping with boys and recently encouraged a 12-year-old cancer sufferer to sleep in his bedroom. Both claim no sexual contact occurred during the sleepovers at Neverland.

"It's what the whole world should do," Jackson told Bashir.

Although he claimed only "very few" boys had actually stayed in his bed, Jackson strongly defended the practice, saying: "Why can't you share your bed? The most loving thing to do, is to share your bed with someone."

Despite persistent questioning from Bashir, Jackson defended his desire to sleep close to young boys, describing the practice as "very charming" and "very sweet." In fact, he recommended that the interviewer do likewise, sleeping in the same bed as friends of his own children.

"I tuck them in and put a little like, er, music on and when it's story time I read a book and we go to sleep with the fireplace on. I give them hot milk, you know. We have cookies. It's very charming. It's very sweet. It's what the whole world should do," said Jackson.

Bashir concluded in the film that Jackson is obsessed with children. But the singer dismissed fears of sexual molestation, saying: "When you say bed, they make that sexual. It's not sexual. We're going to sleep."

When questioned by Bashir about the settlement with Chandler, Jackson said: "I didn't want to do a long drawn-out thing [trial] on TV like O.J. [Simpson] and all that stupid stuff. It wouldn't look right. I said, 'Look, let's get this over with. I want to go on with my life. This is ridiculous. I've had enough.'"

Tom Sneddon, the district attorney in charge of the Chandler investigation, is paying close attention to the new allegations of Jackson "sleeping with boys," a spokesman told the London Times.

Meanwhile, Santa Barbara County officials are reportedly considering launching an investigation into Jackson's fitness to be a parent. He has three children. In November Jackson caused gasps around the world when he dangled his baby son, Prince Michael II, over the balcony of a Berlin hotel, appearing briefly to lose control.

Following the broadcast on Makers Granada Television in England, Jackson released an angry statement calling the program "terrible and unfair" and saying he felt "betrayed."

"Everyone who knows me will know the truth which is that my children come first in my life and that I would never harm any child," said the statement.

The television station issued its own statement defending the program: "We stand by our program - it is a truthful, open and intimate portrayal of many aspects of Michael Jackson's extraordinary life."

I would not be surprised if their genes produced children with toes for heads.

But the daughter is not a natural *tow* head. Her hair has been bleached. Tow heads are called tow heads because their hair resembles blonde fibers from the Flax plant. Tow is removed from the flax when the linen is processed.

Excellent point :-) I didn't give that milk thing a second thought, but it would be really easy to do... something like GHB or rohypnol, one of the date-rape drugs.

What they really, really need to do is get in his house, take his computer and look for collections of pictures, videotapes, mementos from boys (underwear, etc...) And they need to start interviewing some of the other children that have stayed there. They can also try interviewing ex-employees to see if they know anything. Either this whole thing is false in which case it will go nowhere fast... or it is true and he has abused a GREAT MANY young boys over all these years and something will come out about it.

Yes, he said this but he clarified it about letting someone sleep in your bed while you take the floor. In the sense of giving the guest your bed to sleep in. Just want to make the clarification since the news keeps leaving that part out.

I heard him say this, and in my opinion even he realized how what he was saying sounded and he threw it in to mitigate the circumstance. But he also definitely talked about *sharing* a bed.

He was shown to be a liar many times over during this interview, so my take is that if he did sleep on the floor, it was to work his way up to having the child in his room and then he ends up in the bed.

Sick.

I understand what you are saying, but I do think it serves a purpose to observe the double standard authorities apply in how they handle celebrities vs. the regular people. As the above excerpt from the article illustrates, the officials are "considering" launching an investigation. I think it obvious that anybody else would have long ago lost access to children.

If I recall correctly, this incident occurred before the O.J. Simpson case.

You are correct:

The four-page document signed by "J. Chandler" under penalty of perjury, posted on the Court TV affiliate's website, is purportedly the September 1993 statement given by teen-ager Jory Chandler, which was the basis of his family's claim against Jackson for sexual battery, willful misconduct and emotional distress.

Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman were murdered in June, 1994.

Yet another lie, of the many uttered in this expose the other night, by Jackson.

Dark stuff, the mind of a true paedophile:

Is Dr. Alva "Jim" Hartwright a pedophile? The 63-year-old former pediatrician said it depends which definition is used: the legal one or his own.

"The legal definition, no," Hartwright said. "But my own definition, yes. My own definition (of pedophile) is a man who loves boys."

And the enemas he forced the children to undergo? "The enemas were medically necessary," he said.

...

She said Hartwright had been molesting children for more than 30 years, finding most of his victims in impoverished neighborhoods.

Hartwright moved to Morrisville in 1999, but he has lived all over the country, she said, sometimes recruiting older teens to scour the streets for young boys to bring home.

Hartwright also sought out drug-addicted mothers and convinced them to relinquish custody of their boys to him. He took some of the children to Germany where, he told police, it's easier to have a romantic relationship with a boy.

... while in the county prison, Hartwright contacted [] the Children and Youth social service agency representative assigned to the case. [] visited Hartwright in prison to see what he wanted ...

"He repeatedly wept and begged to see (one of the victims). He said having sexual activity with children was a good thing, that if she looked at the faces of the children in the photos she would see that they were enjoying it"

Source: Pediatrician Pleads Guilty - "Simply a man who loves boys."

What's the difference between Jackson and Hartwright? One is in jail, the other should be. One uses poor teenboy druggies to scour for prospects -- the other presumably uses PR agents, modeling agencies, and other such professinal celebrity groupies. One takes his boys to Germany, the other to Monte Carlo. One no one defends -- the other has so many defenders.

And as to Michael Jackson's status as a celebrity, I know Laurie Dhue has many fans here, but she drives me up a wall with her constant references to Jackson as "the king of pop". Even Greg Jarrett just calls him "Wacko Jacko", now, which sounds harsh, but doesn't give the cloak of respectability Dhue's dubbing of Jackson does.

BTW, what kind of sick bastard would show the movie 'The Exorcist' to a 12 year old???

The kind of sick bastard who is trying to scare a twelve year old, so that he can "comfort" him.

Actually, I'm not surprised at either... repulsed, yes, but not surprised. Usually these.. err... men...no, wrong word... gents... nope.... sick monsters? yeah, that works... anyways, it's pretty common to find someone under a first arrest after they have spent years abusing children and getting away with it.

And there are many, many of them... and they can seem like just "the nicest guys" to everyone around them.

No one should EVER trust their children with anyone they are not 100% absolutely sure, NO-WAY-IN-H*** would ever do that to a child. And no child should ever have a computer with an Internet connection in their bedroom...

Every word, every act, a snare ... you are right.

Micheal Jackson was once claimed to be a genius of rythyms, he was, indeed -- why did such genius seek such a deep trap, and damn those around him who left that evil to play unrebuked for their pay, for their own grand sense of celebrity.

Or any other place that does not have a fair amount of random public and parental traffic through it.

That movie has been known to have psychologicly scarred some adults, let alone a young kid.My wife won't watch it to this day.

My wife and I went to the theater and saw it on our honeymoon in 1979. It totally freaked her out--she had nightmares for days. She won't watch it to this day, either. I recently watched the DVD, but did so when she was out of the house.

I'm going to print this out for my 15 yr old daughter. She thinks I'm the only parent so mean enough to not let her have a connection in her room.

As far as Michael Jackson goes... the man has (had?) real talent, not my style, but recognizable talent. It's quite sad to see what he has become.

There is a chemical called hydroquinone that bleaches skin very evenly and effectively. Vitiligo, the condition Jackson claims to have, without exception causes random patches of skin to turn nearly white. The result is very blotchy and noticeably mottled skin.

Look at Jackson's skin and judge his claims of vitiligo accordingly.
