[history]
SECRETARY POWELL has made a convincing case to the United Nations Security Council that Saddam Hussein is a dangerous and deceptive dictator, and is concealing weapons of mass destruction. We live in a dangerous world and Saddam must be disarmed.

Using our nuclear arsenal in this unprecedented war would be the most fateful decision since the nuclear attack on Hiroshima.
whats so fateful teddy it worked in 1945 and it will work in 2003

Sounds a lot like what Ron Paul said earlier.
To: TheRedSoxWinThePennant
Plain and simple, Ted's a sniveling coward and a bad swimmer.

How could it sound like Ron Paul? I thought Ron Paul was a staunch conservative, a Republican, and a hero of the Republic. Surely, you must be mistaken. Perhaps someone could post a few hundred pages of Ron Paul's speeches so we could see the difference between these two.

LOL!
The three chimps of (so-called) conservative politics: browne, paul and buchanan. Hear no sense, see no sense and speak no sense.
To: Catspaw
LOL!
...and Diane Feinstein sides with the President. This is getting strange.
To: Neets
You mean something like:
"Errrr ahhhh, the President shouldn't do things that errr aahhh, ensure his popularity and re-election...errrr....where's another drink...ahhhh."
Regards, Ivan

Strange was one day last week when Ron Paul was on Cspan's Washington Journal & Bernie Sanders was on Crossfire--and they both had the same anti-war talking points.

>>No war can be successfully waged if it lacks the strong support of the American people<<
Which is why President Bush and our armed forces must demand that Congress vote "yes" or "no" on a Declaration of War
How will Edward Moore Kennedy vote? And how will his vote look after the war is over?
Do you feel lucky, punk?

Not so strange. Diane has to worry about retaining her seat. Teddy does not so he can play the role of attack pig.

What about Paul?
He couldn't make it as a libertarian so he pretended to be a Republican so he could get elected. I can't imagine his home district in Texas being that full of Norwegians with German sympathies and I seriously doubt the Democrats would allow him on their ticket. So what party will he sell out to next time around...the Tupperware Party?
To: Kip Lange
your right if we could just get saddam in the car with teddy the war is over
To: Neets
Hey, he left out all the Ah's and err's.And uh's. This article did all the editing for him!

In his state (and state of mind), his vote will, unfortunately, look just fine, whatever it is.
