i've had my minions searching the best recipies... alas, there are no good ones out there.
so... i've been compelled to come up with my own.
take a good sized hush puppy and deep fry it up, then hollow it out.
make a stuffing of braised bear, mushroom, garlic, shallot, celery, red wine, brown rice, and a touch of worcester and basamic vinegar.
cover with a honey barbeque sauce (this is a bear after all).
now then, i'm no competition eater, so i'm not goin to be making a challenge with this recipe.
otoh, i know where to find some young tender bear meat for this adventure. hmmm.
