The UN will authorize a second resolution if only to cause more delays. Bush should have told them that he doesn't need their help or approval and if they know what is good for them, they will get the hell out of the way.

He all but said it. I don't see him backing down, but he is giving them an opportunity to support THEIR resolution. Time is running out.
