BREAKING NEWS: U.S. INTERCEPTS IRAQI TRANSMISSION TO ACTIVATE CHEMICAL WEAPONS IMMEDIATELY
That is correct. Saddam has sent orders to Republican Guard in the field to activate weapons that Iraq claim 'do not exist.'

Bush said just now that their violations continue up to this very minute...I think this is what they were referring to ...the flag is up...

Breaking news, US deploys it's own weapons of mass destruction, the Sceamin' Eagles of the 101st Airborne Division. Iraq is about to experience some real global warming.

Some Israeli news source said a couple of months ago that the start date would be February 21. Everything I've heard since then makes it sound like that's just as good a time as any.

Something similar as "Breaking News" on CNN's website:
President Bush says Saddam authorized commanders to use chemical weapons and the U.S. "will not wait" for Iraq to unleash such attacks. Details soon. I have never seen Bush look so resolute as he announced this a few minutes ago.

Which means they want to launch the scuds at Israel as well as our troops in Kuwait, Saudi, etc. Remember, if he dares to do this, there will be a whirlwind to reap. If I were in Baghdad as a reporter or trader, I'd get out tonight.
Will be watching for any quick movements of Asian nationals. I believe all the Japanese have left. The Koreans are working on an evac plan. This might speed things up.
The Liberal Hippy Human Shields still on their way? (I figure they are transiting Albania or Turkey right now in those double decker buses. Maybe they will miss the action.).

YIPES! Please keep updating this thread.

Mr. Saddam will face serious consequences if he so chooses to use chemical weapons against our troops. I fear it may be the end of Baghdad in such an event.

Lying comes as naturally to these people as breathing.
It amazes me that anyone with any critical faculties could place even the slightest credence in anything the Iraqis or any other Arab state says.
