Listening to it on CSpan to makd sure I heard, Bush said:
"Iraq has mounted spray devices on unmanned aerial vehicles that if launched from a vessel off our coast could reach hundreds of miles inland."
That's something newly said I think. Don't remember hearing it quite like that before. sheesh

It definitely was worth seeing.
Someone had a sigfile on here the other day...
Beware the fury of a patient man
(or something like that)
Very definitely describes what I saw in Bush's eyes and written on his face.

I don't think Bush would wage that personnel-costly war of WMD attrition when we have the resources to kill the deadly threat with nukes from B-2s and F-117s The troops are presumably prepared for a chemical attack, and vaccinated against biologicals, so we could probably absorb it without tremendous casualties.
I'm guessing that an Iraqi WMD attack would be more of a trigger for the type of attack you're suggesting, than an excuse for a war of attrition.

Sorry for the delay, I am preparing supper!
I reallydon't recall where it came from, just that it involved arty movements.
To: prairiebreeze
I heard that too. I have never heard that before and I don't think President Bush would mention that unless it was a credible threat! It is very frightening. We have to stop this guy now!!
